Help invent how machines understand companies well enough to recommend capital. You will push the frontier of agentic research, verification, and scoring from messy real-world data into production judgment humans can trust, and set the technical standard for what “diligence” means in an agent-native market.

Role and responsibilities

• Deliver innovative solutions using state-of-the-art AI technology from idea to production
• Develop deep domain knowledge, chart paths to solving problems
• Define requirements and propose technical approaches for ambiguous problems in a fast-moving technical environment
• Conduct R&D on high-impact core AI technologies for projects

Qualifications and skills

• Experience using generative AI technologies like LLMs and AI agents — specifically, knowledge, experience, or interest in several of the following:
  • Building AI agent workflows and multi-agent systems
  • Developing foundational agent technologies like Deep Research and Computer Use
  • Tooling around AI agents: function calling, MCP, A2A
  • Building RAG systems and search engines
  • Document understanding involving images, using VLMs and OCR
  • Practical, safe AI operations: hallucination countermeasures/fact-checking, citation attribution, guardrails
  • Building task- and domain-specific benchmarks with continuous evaluation and improvement
  • R&D experience with self-evolving meta-agents
  • Open-ended exploration using AI agents
  • Designing, training, evaluating, and improving models using reinforcement learning and supervised/unsupervised learning
  • End-to-end data science experience: problem framing, data analysis, feature engineering, model implementation, value validation
  • Operational know-how with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Devin, and Claude Code
